Owner, Designer
Landscape Project Manager
Professional Lawn & Landscape is owned and operated by Philip Rook, a landscape designer who has been with PL&L since 1995. Philip is a graduate of Catholic Central High School, has a BS in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Franciscan University of Steubenville. In addition, Philip has taken countless landscape design courses through the Ohio State University short course program. Along with his employees, Philip has extensive training in hardscape construction through Unilock Inc. and water feature design and installation through Aquascape Design, Inc. |

Jarad Rogers <jrogers@prlandscape.com> Water Feature Project Manager
Surebond Project Manager
Jarad has worked for PL&L since 2001. From his first days on the crew, Jarad took a special interest in the installation of ponds and waterfalls. With over 30 installations under his belt, he continues to strive to make each water feature a natural and beautiful part of the landscape. Jarad is a graduate of Catholic Central High School and has a BS in Business Administration from Franciscan University. He has worked on several different crews through the years and has a broad range of skills including brick paver and retaining wall construction. Jarad is also a Certified Surebond Joint Stablizing Contractor. As water feature project manager, Jarad is able to daily enjoy his passion of building ponds and waterfalls. |

David Coen Production Manager
Hardscape Manager
David has been a large part of the PL&L team since 2006. He has obtained Unilock Certified Contractor training as well as Surebond Joint Stabilizing Sealant Training. David is a graduate of Catholic Central High School and has a BS in Mental Health and Human Services from Franciscan University. David is involved in the design and installation of many outdoor living features such as outdoor bars and fireplaces. As Production Manager, David continues to find ways to increase PL&L’s efficiency on and off the job site while maintaining the highest quality of work possible. |
