Our History
Started as a small family lawn mowing business in 1987, Professional
Lawn & Landscape has grown to be the Ohio Valley’s
premier design/build landscape firm. We have offices
in Steubenville, OH and Follansbee, WV.
We employ 8-10 fully trained landscape technicians
each season. Our goal
is to provide fast service and to get the job right the first time. Our
company has always focused on using the highest quality plant and hardscape materials. Our
designs are meant to be low-maintenance as well as compliment the architecture
and style of our clients’ homes.
Professional Lawn & Landscape is owned and operated by Philip
Rook, a landscape designer who has been with PL&L since 1995. Philip
is a graduate of Catholic Central High School, has a BS in Marketing
and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Franciscan
University of Steubenville. In addition, Philip has taken
countless landscape design courses through the Ohio State University
short course program. Along with his employees, Philip
has extensive training in hardscape construction through Unilock
Inc. and water feature design and installation through Aquascape
Design, Inc. |
